Instructor-Led Workshops

Through the partnership with the JER Group, Inc., Virtuous Enterprises Inc. (VEINC) now offers online professional development and continuing education workshops for non-traditional and self-directed learners. The online courses range from one to six weeks and are led by faculty and industry practitioners.

The delivery platforms will help online trainees converse with their instructors via e-mail, chat rooms, forums, and message boards. The online assignments are 'outcome' based, which means that every assignment and activity completed, will enhance the online trainee's knowledge and expertise.

Self-Directed and Self-Paced Workshops

These courses are ideal for individuals that do not have time to strengthen or hone their current gifts, talents, or employable skills in a traditional classroom setting. Some of the self-paced, online courses covers: Management and Leadership Development, Business Communication, Home Schooling, Religion, Travel and Tourism, Professional Development, Grant Writing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Skills, and Emotional and Spiritual well-being.

The beauty of self-paced and -directed workshops is, the online trainee controls their own learning pace. The self-led courses are listed in the catalog as "Lite" and the delivery format is through ebooks, CDs, audios, and videos. These courses also range from one to six weeks. Self-assessments, projects and other measures are used to help the online trainee determine their progress.

Satisfactory completion and test results are required of all online trainees.
