Virtuous Enterprises, Inc. developed three-enrichment training modules: spiritual, personal, and career enrichment as a 'holistic' approach to meet the unique needs of women and girls.

Enrichment Training Modules

Spiritual Enrichment - Motivates women and girls to develop a spiritual foundation to gain inner peace, strength, and hope to achieve a balanced and fulfilled life.

Personal Enrichment - Prepares women and girls to build and gain self-confidence to live an organized and industrious life.

Career Enrichment - Equips women and girls with professional and technology skills to meet the demands of an evolving technology-oriented workforce.

Training Delivery Methods

Training is provided on-line, in a workshop (one-day) format or in a modular format (over several weeks) and is delivered in five methods: Self-Directed Learning, Lecture and Participation, Intensive Hands-on, Self-Paced, and Action Learning.
